2023 CLLL Fall Ball Registration is Now Open!

Registration for Fall Ball is open (canyonlakelittleleague.org). As a reminder, it will close August 18th to allow us time to organize teams. We WILL NOT accept registrations after the 18th as that creates a lot of extra work for our volunteers.

Cost is $50 and your player will receive 2 CL practice shirts which will be used as uniforms for games. The program will begin August 28th and end the week of September 25th so 5 weeks with 10 commitments.

We will need managers so if you're interested in managing a team, please respond to this email.

Below are details for this year's program.

Machine Pitch (open to first 88 kids)
1. Ages – 2023 league age 6-8
2. Ability Level – kids age 8 that are still developing as well as 6’s and 7’s; parents should be advised that hard baseballs will be utilized.
3. Game Play
  1. Pitching – machine pitch – 4 pitches
  2. 6 innings
  3. 3 outs
  4. 4 runs/inning maximum
  5. Roster bat
  6. Every kid plays infield at least 1 inning
4. Practices on Monday or Tuesday
5. Games on Wednesday or Thursday
Minors (open to first 66 kids)
1. Ages – 2023 league age 8-11
2. Ability level – kids age 8 that want to experience minors before 2024 as well as minors level kids that are still developing before going to the majors
3. Game Play = Regular season minors rules
4. Estimated Teams (6) – kids will be evenly split amongst the teams
5. Practices on Monday or Tuesday
6. Games on Wednesday or Thursday
Majors (open to first 66 kids)
1. Ages – 2023 league age 9-11
2. Ability level – returning majors players and kids ages 9 and up that want to try majors ahead of the 2024 season
3. Game Play = Regular Season majors rules + per inning run rule
4. Kids will be placed on teams based on experience and skill
5. Practices on Monday or Tuesday
6. Games on Wednesday or Thursday
