MINORS TRYOUTS are this coming Saturday, March 11th. Due to the weather conditions we will be hosting the tryouts at Post 22’s indoor facilities. See attached map for location. Because we will be limited on space, we are breaking the tryouts down by time slot. Please see the below time slot for your athlete based on league age. 12:00 Noon – 1:00pm Player Age 10-12 1:00pm – 2:00pm Player Age 9 Make-up assessments will be held on Monday, March 13th from 6:00-7:00pm at the Canyon Lake Little League Minors Batting Shed. Please send division director Eric Knutson ([email protected]) an email if you need to come to the make-up session. Your player should bring a baseball glove and athletic shoes. They will be asked to field ground balls, pop flies, and hit. They can bring their own bats and helmets, but we will also have equipment if they need it. The minors draft will take place on Tuesday March 14th. Coaches will contact players to notify which team they were selected to. The director will notify any players not selected to a team. Practice will start the week of 3/20. If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this email or contact the division director. 8/9 KID PITCH ASSESSMENTS are this coming Sunday March 12th at the Post 22 indoor facility.
